Pizza place employees and baker perplexed by ‘well done’ order that they get ‘wrong’ 3 times, burn it to a crisp and get a great review: ‘It was 100% inedible, in our humble opinions.’

You know when you order a burger or steak and they ask you how you like it cooked? And you usually say rare, medium rare, medium, or well-done. People have their opinions about all of them, but it's not weird to bring any of those preferred cooking styles when discussing those meats. Now, have yo ever been asked that same preference question when ordering a pizza? No. Well, it turns out that some people have a preference… For example, this guy who asked for the pizza to be "very well-done." You'd think that just means like extra crispy cheese and dough. Apparently not! This pizza place had to try over three times to get this dude's order right. When they finally got a great review back from that customer they were surprised, shocked even! Why?

  • Sliffy I had a customer a while back who just told us to cook it twice (conveyor oven), I clarified how burnt that would be, was told thats what he wants. Dude never complained, just left a note on his number so people knew.
